The first time I got on a horse it was a game. That was the same year I drove a truck, the first thing I drove other than a bike, or a horse, or a big wheel. No one had bugs in their apartments. The swimming pool did have drowned scorpions on its floor. I wanted to go back there. But then, when it was time to do that, I wanted to stay where I was.
